The ADA Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan is a project being completed by the City of Boulder Transportation & Mobility Department to ensure the accessibility of the city's transportation facilities, programs and services for all mobility levels.

The ADA Self-Evaluation assesses how well the city’s transportation system—such as sidewalks, curb ramps, pedestrian signals and crossings, and transit stops—complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). After receiving over 100 community comments on accessibility challenges present in the city's transportation infrastructure, staff has created a draft ADA Self-Evaluation Plan.

Please review the Self Evaluation Executive Summary (PDF version or Plain Text Filebefore completing the questionnaire below.

Following finalization of the Self-Evaluation, staff will begin the ADA Transition portion of the plan to prioritize, plan and draft a schedule to make the improvements identified in the Self-Evaluation.

Should you have any trouble completing the questionnaire or if you'd like to request an alternative way to provide feedback, please reach out to Jenny Godwin, Transportation Planner/ADA Plan Manager at godwinj@bouldercolorado.gov or 303-441-4934.
