This questionnaire includes a series of questions that are designed to gather your hopes, values and concerns related to policing in Boulder and to this planning process more generally. We anticipate it will take less than 15 minutes to complete. Please complete the form just once -- the city is treating this as a feedback form, instead of a statistically valid survey, and will not be counting up "votes." All input will be considered.
