Yoga and Meetings at Harbeck House

I have been to  events at Harbeck House through the years, but my clearest memories are taking yoga classes there with Cheryl Abbott, who was my wonderful first yoga teacher. It was interesting when the classes got bigger as we were often in adjoining rooms working on our asana, trying to fit everyone and their yoga mats into rather small adjoining rooms. 

Harbeck is a beautiful resource for the city, and I hope it gets the attention and love it deserves.
