Doris' Story - Footprints in the Snow

"I’ve been walking for more than 30 years, in different parts of the country. In Massachusetts when it snowed, I would walk and see only my own footprints as I came back. I came here about six weeks ago. It was snowing, and since I love walking in the snow, I went out on the sidewalk, and there were already about 15 sets of footprints. I thought to myself, now this is a walking community! I think it’s wonderful to be in a place where people have an underlying philosophy that they want to be outside, walking, biking, running, just being active. "
